“Great value!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 weeks ago

We had a greta time at this hotel. They were very accommodating with our questions and requests, and the rooms were of a good standard. Perfect for a large group and great location!
Would certainly recommend as a place to stay in a great city!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for just one night and it was perfect for us. We got off a long bus ride and they let us check in early and were really nice and accomodating. They had breaky for €4.95 pp which was good value as well. The rooms were basic and small but clean and with everything you need. The shower was great in a very spacious bathroom and it had a bath. There was a little balcony- which had cigarette buds everywhere and not much of a view, but was a bonus and good for some fresh air.

The location was good, only a short walk to the major attractions like the old port and metro.

The only main negatives were in this area everything is closed on a Sunday. Restaurants, shops- literally everything and it is deserted. It is only a short walk to near the port where the closer you get things are more and more open for business, but it's not nice walking through streets that seem abandoned. I would stay here again any day of the week but Sunday. I would suggest if you stay on a Sunday to stay closer to the port. Also the wifi was strange and hard to connect to. Once connected it worked okay but reconnecting again wasn't easy

Overall a great stay though!

This hotel was well-located near the Prefecture in an area with fine shopping. The "value deal" we found was an excellent rate for a hotel in the center. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room, though basic, was clean and proper.

The hotel was easy to find from the metro station, only a few minutes walk. The location in the city is good, we stayed for three nights and walked around everywhere.

The room is cleaned everyday if you want it to be. The staff are very nice and helpful.

There are lots of shops and restaurants close by. A mini supermarket if you need too.

For those that know the chains in the uk I would say this is comparable to a travelodge. Maybe slightly more basic. It's clean and decent if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower.

We didn't get the breakfast included because there are lots of places nearby and the square is nice if you havehave good weather, it's about a 2-3 min walk.

This hotel is everything you can expect from a two star hotel. It is clean, inexpensive, well located, with kind staff who speak English and a decent buffet breakfast. But no more than that.
Everything is realistically shown in the photos of the hotel, check them out to see what you can get there.
Good thing is also that the hotel has its own parking garage. Rooms not facing the street are quiet at night.
Air condition leaks, and it is placed above the bed, that is one notable downside, but we simply moved the bed a bit and resolved this issue. Wifi signal varies. There is only one plug per room but as this is not a business hotel, I would not really say it is a downside.
Would recommend for short, non-business stay.

small room, rather clean.
not enough sockets (if travelling with a woman)
breakfast not included.
low price, compared to other Marseille hotels.
Cheap (6 euros) and safe underground parking which is absolutely neccessary in Marseille.
The personnel was really helpful and friendly.
Nice choice for budget trravellers.

The reception and entrance may fool you. It looks cute and welcomming then you take the smelly lift and it all changes.
The room is very small and immediately gives the impression of being dirty.
Then you look at the bed sheets and towels and find hairs and dust and realise it actually is dirty.
Then you walk into the toilet.....and the smell is just unbearable. It smells like old cigarette buds mixed with something worst...
We even put the Do not disturb sign on the door (as thankfully we had been camping therefore had our own bedsheets to put on the bed!) but this was ignored and our room was "cleaned" anyway.
The bathtub shower...well I'd rather not shower in it.
Even the corridors to the lift are dirty and smelly.
Wi-Fi is also slow but adequate for emails.
The location of the hotel is the only thing it had going for it. It is very central and close to the port and shopping roads. The reception staff is also quite friendly.
I however wouldnt't reccommend this hotel.
