“Jewel in St Tropez”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 12, 2014

We stayed four nights in this lovely hotel which we found through the Lonely Planet in August the peak month of tourists to St Tropez. It was such a lovely place - in a quiet street with a nice garden where you can enjoy breakfast. The staff were so helpful - always friendly and ready to give you suggestions and attention. The people at the hotel were very nice - wish I could say the same for the shop owners in St Tropez. The rooms all have WIFI internet, nice bathrooms, TV and air conditioning which was great. There is breakfast at an extra cost - recommend it one day as it is very nice and taken in the garden. The location is great - right in the middle of the city.

3 visits to Le Colombier in 3 years. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated in a Provençal style, not spacious but roomy enough. The receptionist is extremely helpful and smiling even though she seems to be on her own and very busy. French Breakfast is copious. Walking distance from la place des Lices. For saint tropez, it is a bargain, we will go back

I've been in this hotel for a night in August. Our bedroom was on the first floor. On saturday morning they start to do housework and maintenance around 7am. We couldn't sleep anymore, we thought that hummer and screwdrivers were breaking into our room. No water was available all morning. The reception didnt show any help, they were really aggressive and rude repeating that as the room was paid already there s nothing they could do, not even offering a coffee. NEVER AGAIN!!

Madame ,

This place was perfect for us. We were in St. Tropez for the beach and partying. This hotel was in a great location, offered a small but nice, clean room, and was the only reasonably priced thing we found in that town of the 3 Euro bottles of water. The owners was wonderful.

My family and I had a great 3 night stay at this quaint boutique hotel back in June. We chose this hotel because of the rating on tripadvisor and of course the price. We couldn't have asked for a better location (walking distance to everything) at such a good price. Rooms are basic..with a romantic feel and the lobby is a great place to rest after a long day spent at the beach. They were a little hesitant at the idea of us bringing our bottle of wine and cheese down for an afternoon snack but didn't stop us from doing so. Overall, we had a great 3 day stay in beautiful St.Tropez and spent all of our time either at the beach or out for dinners. I would highly recommend staying here if you're on a girls trip.. mom and daughter trip or even a couples trip. There is no spa or restaurant but everything is very close in walking distance so go out and explore!!

Room Tip: The suite right beside the lobby is beautiful and easily fit 4 ppl. It is located on the ground flo...

location: (near to) downtown, offer the parking lot (otherwise impossible to find a free parking space), very convenient :-)
hotel: main color is the off-white, clean, feminine, elegant decorated, charming
room: small, very feminine, elegant decorated, charming
price: though in low/middle season, but because it was a national holiday, have to pay the highier season price :-(
