We recently ate at L'Agua and it was an amazing meal. My husband had the seabass and I had dorado. Both meal were outstanding and creatively done. The fish were both cooked perfectly. We orded a bottle of wine from the Bandol region that we really enjoyed. We shared a wonderful salad as a starter and also shared a citron dessert that was excellent. We each were given a complimentary after dinner digestif. Thasset ice was very good and we were warmly welcomed when we arrived. We plan to take our daughter there when she arrives later this month for a visit. We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.
