“Nice hotel conveniently located next to the airport”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

This is one of the nice hotels located next to the Nice Airport. It offers free parking. It is next to the Cap 3000 shopping center. It is a very clean and new hotel. The rooms are pretty tight though. You won't get much space even to stand up. If you have a luggage this adds to the complexity. I would suggest you do not bring many bags to the room :). Overall it was a decent hotel, very clean. There is only a shower in the bathroom, no tubs. Bathrooms are also cramped. Breakfast was ok. Traditional buffet. I had a car so it was easy for me to get around. However there were buses running. It is very close to the Airport too. You can easily walk to the airport.

Room Tip: I got a room facing the mall. All the rooms seem to be similar you can also get a room facing the ot...

OK 3 star airport hotel, only when forced by flight cancellation. Lucky to fit luggage and one person in room. Checked out an hour earlier than anticipated, requested a taxi met by the overnight front desk clerk with an attitude that made a great issue (speaking under his breath) of my request. Clerk should find an job that he is not bothered by customer request.

Have used this hotel twice when flying in and out of Nice as it's only 5 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle bus. Last visit was during a tropical downpour with flooding and thunder and lighning and no taxis anywhere. Katya at the desk took us to our restaurant in the bus and then came and picked us back up when the restaurant called them to say they couldn't get a taxi back for us - and all done with a smile- couldn't fault them. However be aware the rooms are "bijou" and more than one night would be a bit cramped but the rooms while small have everything you need with a reasonable bathroom. Breakfast and lunch were big -lunch portions were huge. It does have a small pool but he location is the best bit. Five minutes walk takes you down to the beach and a long line of restaurants and bars to choose from in St Laurent du Var. Opposite hotel is a huge shopping mall for those in need of retail therapy.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back overlooking the pool are quieter as the car park opposite of the Cap 3000 shopping...

OMG, trying to find a bed for nt. nr Nice airport & drop-off a hire car in time was a nightmare! roads really badly signed & always seeming to sweep one on to a fast dual carriageway.. we tried various hotels in easy reach of airport & most were >160euros for dbl rm. this one is 105e. & had free shuttle to airport 5mins away. it was a characterless new block, but did the job at the end of a frustrating day & meal not too bad.. follow signs to 'cap 3000' nr. airport & its in there, (what looks like a big shopping complex). lf you have more time a prettier option would be to stay in Antibes old town about 10k away & taxi in from there, & visit Picasso exhibition at same time.

The room was clean but small. The hotel pool was ok.
I would not want to stay for a whole week, but it's OK for 1 night or 2.

Cap 3000 is a shopping area with alot of stores. That's why it's called Cap3000.

There is a restaurant strip on the beach close to the hotel.

Overall, the stay was OK.

However, avoid the the breakfast if possible.

Good staff, Good location for airport (free shuttle taking 5 mins) and good food
Rooms well appointed but very small. Desk too small for working with a laptop and A4 notepad.
Close to shopping centre & beach and not so far in a bus / taxi to Nice centre.

Officially the smallest hotel room I have ever experienced. Staff was nice. Close proximity to shopping mall, grocery store, beach, bus stop that will take you to Nice and of course the airport. Breakfast was decent except for the fact that the pancakes were never replenished, so I never did get a chance to try them. There is ample parking both inside and out.

I can't recommend this hotel due to the size of the room (I have seen bigger closets) and the price that they charge for value offered.
