Ernest Hemingway wrote:
"If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast."
But..If you have not been to Paris or France before, the Hotel and the City are the best places to start with.It would be a "moveable feast",like Hemingway has written.

Excellent location near the Old City and Acropolis centre, friendly, but not obtrusive stuff makes your destination point near to ideal.
In the Hotel you would face overwhelming hospitality that gives you a feeling that you are a special and wellcoming gest.Such a feeling you would not get in large hotels where relationships between stuff and gests are impersonal.
Surroundings are fine and you can rich almost any point in the city on foot.Around the Hotel there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and diffferent kinds of shops.
Besides, if you like to have a piece of advice where to go and what to see,you will get a sophisticated advice from the stuff or receptionist. After such advice your itinerary for the vacation would be completed.
Everything in the Hotel is good and staying there gives you a congenial feeling.
The only one thing I missed being there-the kettle and the big mug of evening tea that I get used to.
If you are travelling alone and would like to have a conversation with somebody, the friendly stuff are ready to talk to you and share some personal stories and anecdotes about local life.

All the sights easily accessible by foot or tram. Acropolis Tram stop a stones throw away, next stop being Place Garibaldi. Nice Riquier station within walking distance for day trips further afield. All the staff here are so lovely and make you feel so welcome. Really helpful, professional and friendly. Possibly not the most fantastic neighbourhood of Nice, but if you're not a snob about it, you'll have a great base to easily get around and explore Nice and places like Monaco and Eze. Close enough to all the popular tourist haunts but also a nice distance away! The room we were in was more than adequate for a 3 star and had a newly refurbished bathroom. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Nice.

The major benefit to this hotel is its location to the Nice tram. You can easily get around the city using the tram system, and the stop is just around the corner from the hotel. Secondarily the staff is very helpful, and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I wouldn't say its a great value for what it is in terms of the room size, furniture quality and amenities. The room was very small (even smaller than most typical European hotel rooms) and the furniture and bathroom were definitely showing their age. However, if you're not picky about those things, this is a good place to stay.

Stayed in this hotel 20th - 22nd Ma 2014. The reception staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you. The room I had was clean but every thing was very tired and worn out. The is no mini bar, nor fridge in the room. The bathroom was clean but showing its age like the bedroom. I have stayed in better hotels for the same cost 150 Euros per night, then again it is Monacco F1 weekend and the end of Cannes film festival. So I can't complain about the price, however the price trebles for the actual weekend. I really would be upset to pay 450 euros per night for a 3 Star hotel. Breakfast is not included within the room rate and you have to pay 12 euros extra. The hotel is in a good location for the Tram and the convention centre.
You get what you pay for in Nice.

Amazing experience. Never saw a staff like this ! They're SO nice, friendly and helpful. Seriously, I felt like I was a member of their family.

The location of this hotel is great. There's a tramway stop just around the corner of the street, but if you want to walk to the beach, it's only about 10 minutes. There's also the Old Nice which is on the way to the beach.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was new and very nice. The TV was a little small, but we didn't really care.

The breakfast was good and there was a lot of choices.

I really recommend this hotel to anyone that want to stay at Nice. Especially for the staff, they will help you with everything you want. The location, the food, everything was good !

From the moment I walked in, the staff were really friendly and attentive. They're definitely the best thing about this hotel. The location is very close to the Acropolis for conferences, the centre for contemporary art, and the tram line, about 10-15 minutes walk from the sea. My room was small (just enough room to walk around the bed) with a desk and TV. The bed was particularly comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit smelly and had no shower curtain, meaning the floor got soaked every time I had a shower.
Pros: staff, close to Acropolis, comfy bed
Cons: not the nicest area of Nice if you won't be going to the Acropolis, small rooms, stinky bathroom.
