“Conveniently located, quiet neighborhood, very helpful staff”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 26, 2014

The major benefit to this hotel is its location to the Nice tram. You can easily get around the city using the tram system, and the stop is just around the corner from the hotel. Secondarily the staff is very helpful, and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I wouldn't say its a great value for what it is in terms of the room size, furniture quality and amenities. The room was very small (even smaller than most typical European hotel rooms) and the furniture and bathroom were definitely showing their age. However, if you're not picky about those things, this is a good place to stay.

Stayed in this hotel 20th - 22nd Ma 2014. The reception staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you. The room I had was clean but every thing was very tired and worn out. The is no mini bar, nor fridge in the room. The bathroom was clean but showing its age like the bedroom. I have stayed in better hotels for the same cost 150 Euros per night, then again it is Monacco F1 weekend and the end of Cannes film festival. So I can't complain about the price, however the price trebles for the actual weekend. I really would be upset to pay 450 euros per night for a 3 Star hotel. Breakfast is not included within the room rate and you have to pay 12 euros extra. The hotel is in a good location for the Tram and the convention centre.
You get what you pay for in Nice.

Amazing experience. Never saw a staff like this ! They're SO nice, friendly and helpful. Seriously, I felt like I was a member of their family.

The location of this hotel is great. There's a tramway stop just around the corner of the street, but if you want to walk to the beach, it's only about 10 minutes. There's also the Old Nice which is on the way to the beach.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was new and very nice. The TV was a little small, but we didn't really care.

The breakfast was good and there was a lot of choices.

I really recommend this hotel to anyone that want to stay at Nice. Especially for the staff, they will help you with everything you want. The location, the food, everything was good !

From the moment I walked in, the staff were really friendly and attentive. They're definitely the best thing about this hotel. The location is very close to the Acropolis for conferences, the centre for contemporary art, and the tram line, about 10-15 minutes walk from the sea. My room was small (just enough room to walk around the bed) with a desk and TV. The bed was particularly comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit smelly and had no shower curtain, meaning the floor got soaked every time I had a shower.
Pros: staff, close to Acropolis, comfy bed
Cons: not the nicest area of Nice if you won't be going to the Acropolis, small rooms, stinky bathroom.

I stayed here with 3 friends. Rooms were small but still big enough for 4 with a double bed and a pull out sofa. Only about a ten minute walk to the beach and the main restaraunts. Nice little cafe just around the corner. Was value for money and would definitely reccomend.

Great location, just a short walk to the water front and restaurants, maybe 10 mins. The staff were so helpfull and couldn't do enough to help. The room was clean and spacious. Didn't have breakfast included but there were enough cafes around to provide coffee and cake

Location: Within the center of Nice. Just beside Acropolis Tram Station. Its 12 minutes away from Terminal 1.

Facilities: The room smells old. Cleaning was not consistent. Serving breakfast was not consistent as well. You can hear banging of the doors especially when the hotel gets full. The beautiful thing about this hotel is about their excellent guest services. The lady in-charge who speaks good english attends immediately to all your concerns. She treats her guests as VIPs.

Price: It was one of the most competitive rates online that has three stars.

With its excellent guest services, you will not regret your stay in this hotel.
