It is a cheapo hotel in pretty nice location ( the closest beach is 300 m to your right when exiting the hotel) .. if you just need a night in a fairly clean room with a pretty decent location and you bring you own shampoo .. you will be happy
you get: smallish clean room with a double bed / single bunk on top, perfect for small families and a kid (plus a baby sleeping with the parents), AC, a tiny TV (our remotes were not working), bathroom with bathtub, 2 towels (nice, thick ones, not those dish clothes they usually give you in Liguria), 2 pieces of soap, 2 plastic cups and most rooms seem to have a balcony.
Do not expect (and they don't try to appear otherwise) : a friendly front desk (only partially open and the guy will tell very frankly that he speaks no other language but french, though he knows some, but i just guess he is not paid accordingly), inroom telefon, minibar / fridge, more than one light source in the room, a room key (you need to memorize your code or keep the slip with you), hair dryer, that towly thing that goes on the floor in the bathroom, shampoo, that bath tub stopper (we used some plastic wrapped to do the trick)
While I loved the AC .. the status light of it is bright enough to illuminate the whole (tiny) room ...
so .. it is very basic and the front desk guy has some issues .. but i actually had the feeling he IS trying ..
so .. overall .. if you take these things into account and you want a cheap stay (and you are pretty close to the beaches and a Marche U supermarket) .. this is IS a nice place to stay!
Oh . and all over the hallways (on our visit) was a pretty strong bathroom smell .. not sure what the problem was, but it did not affect the rooms
