“Fantastic stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 4, 2014

We spent last week in Hotel Eden with our 7 month old son and had a wonderful time. We felt so at home and comfortable here. The sea view was so refreshing as was waking up to gorgeous coffee and the big smiles of Patricia and Aurelie at breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we frequented local restaurants they recommended which were gorgeous and great value. There is also a yummy boulangerie right next door.
Air con is the quietest I have ever encountered and it is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever set foot in.
The hotel is very conveniently located for transport to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and the airport (train and bus are within 5 minutes walk) and in a minutes walk you are standing at the edge of the Mediterranean. Juan-les-Pins and Antibes are both beautiful to walk around.
We will definitely be back to stay and are already looking forward to it - thanks so much for a fabulous break.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights based on Tripadvisor reviews and every positive review was met. When we arrived Patricia helped carry the luggage three stairs (there is no lift) up to our room. We had a room on the third floor with direct sea view and a french balcony. The room was clean and neat. The beds were the best we ever had in a hotel and we slept like royalties. Patricia and her daughter helped us with restarant tips on family run restaurants (and they were very good). Breakfast was perfect.
Locked garage is available at an additional cost but worth it as you don´t have to find street parking. You can walk to the Antibes old town as well as Cap d Ántibes.
A trully genuine family hotel at its best!

Room Tip: Third floor with direct sea view is worth paying for.

First impression was how spotless the place was! Then a very welcoming reception by a young man who called Madame; she was even friendlier! Great place, charming room and nothing seemed too much trouble.
There's parking right outside which is free between 6pm-9am.

We had a wonderful weekend in Juan les Pins staying at the Hotel Eden. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast and Patricia and Aurelie looked after us perfectly. I realized when returning to the hotel one evening that I had lost an earring at the restaurant and Patricia very kindly telephoned and went to collect it for me!!

Room Tip: Choose a room with a view!

This was a return stay with Patricia and Aurelie. We would not even contemplate staying anywhere else. They are just fantastic and at this stage after several stays here it felt like coming home!! Thye bend over backwards to be helpful and are just so kind. The luggage is carried by these two slender ladies up to your room , they must have backs of steel!!

They are both so helpful and and the breakfast taken in the outside area is lovely and unhurried. Wonderful gem with fantastic staff!!

Room Tip: Try and get a room at the centre front as you have a view of the sea

The owners were very hospitable. The public areas and our room were very clean. The décor in the room was slightly dated but the room was a decent size and loo and shower good. There was occasionally noise from other bathrooms but this was not a problem while we were there. The hotel is in a good area, generally quieter than the tourist areas of Juan les pins but still very convenient for the beach, tourist areas and the station. We didn't breakfast there so no comment on food but there are very good boulangeries nearby.
