Brilliant location for juan Le pin itself and the Coates du zur. Lots of bars and restaurants within 5 mins stroll. Also very near the station for Monaco or Cannes etc. no need to rent a car really. Room clean and good, not fancy but very comfy beds, free wifi, super helpful staff. Would come again

Room size is standard, but with balcony. Simple hotel with convenience location. Clean bathroom, good air conditioning. Internet network a bit weak. Dun expect beautiful view but good value. Will book again definitely.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in August this year. The room was smallish but adequate but with a leaky air conditioner. The carpet was stained but this was not the end of the world. We had coffee and tea making facilities but no fridge. Although there were cups for drinking the tea or coffee out of, they were plastic and when you poured the boiling water into them, they melted and bent to the degree that I scalded my hand on two occassions. We finished up 'borrowing' two proper china cups from the breakfast room. Breakfast, in the dining room of course, was very 'continental' with cold hard boiled eggs, some warm scrambled eggs in a bain-marie and some ham and cheese slices but also lots of bread and crossants with butter and jams to go with them. The hotel was very convenient to the seaside town of Jean-les-Pins being only a couple of hundred metres from the beach. The cost of the room was very reasonable and if we could get a room without the air conditioner leaking and with china cups and saucers, we would go back there because we loved the town and especially the restaurants and were lucky enough to be in the right spot at the right time when the town put on one of the best firework displays we have ever seen.

Room Tip: Check out the airconditioner and whether the room has china cups and saucers before commiting to a r...

Another hot day on the road with lots of traffic. Hotel located in execellent location to Juan Le Pins waterfront shopping/bars/restarants. Good parking available on-site. Rooms whilst rather compact were very good - all the goodies -air cond( including coffee espresso machine) fridge to keep the water bottles cold. Very clean rooms with small outside decks . Great receptionists - both were very helpful and accommodating. We were on 4th floor fortunately facing back of hotel - quieter side for sure - friends had roadfront room - noisy most of night. Once aagin no breakfast - expensive but looked alright. Overall would stay here again.

Room Tip: choose back of hotel facing rooms - much quieter

Excellent mid price hotel 50 metres from the beautiful sandy beach and water sports. In a quiet street away from the noise but with easy access to the town, station, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Hotel parking also available for additional fee but well worth it. Privilege rooms have a fridge and complimentary water and fruit juices which is useful but otherwise they are the same as all the other rooms. Very pleasant staff who speak multiple languages.

Room Tip: Some street noise in front bedrooms (dustmen etc.). Back rooms open onto parking and other apartmen...

Stayed three nights. The hotel was located 100 m from the beach and many nice resturants. The rooms were very small and poor standard. Breakfast was ok if you like crossaints. Hotel staff was unfriendly.

The location of the hotel is very good, just few steps from the beach, even you can find parking near -just for 1.5. euro for 1 hour, and after 7o'clock in the evening till 7 o'clock in the morning -it is free. Just patient and a little bit of luck, and you will find parking.Around the corner you can find a big supermarket, and a lot of restaurants .
We've been lucky to be upgrated to a suite, and it made the stay very special, thanks to staff and helpful advises,we've been all around COTE D'AZOUR ( Cannes, St.Tropez, Grasse,Aix-En-Provence.,Nice...)
We definitely will be back !!!!And we are looking forward to stay here for a little bit longer.
