I went to this hotel with SEMBO another rubbish company who refused a re-embusement after this horrible stay. I have picures I promise to give out to a news paper pretty soon.
. Rotten kitchen
. Dirty microwave
. dirty balcon
.Leaking aircondition
Just a big time disappointment. NEver will we return to any of SEMBO's holidays but never to this hotel.

Room Tip: I will never advice a visit to this horrible hole

Last minute booking and beggars can't be choosers, but still ...

As others have said, it's in a no-mans land but the bus service makes it very accessible to Antibes (15 mins). The apartments are simply shocking: the cheapest furniture imaginable; ancient mattresses; shoddy finishing. If bargain basement is what you're after, then this is the place for you. It's cheap and there's a reason for that. The architecture is reminiscent of East German tower blocks from the 50s - grim, characterless, functional. On the upside, the apartments are so dreadful that you will want to spend as little time as possible in them which frees you up to enjoy Juan Les Pins and Antibes.

But if this is all you can afford, then don't come to the Cote d'Azur in the summer. Go somewhere cheaper

Having stayed in Nice for a short break the year before we knew we wanted to return to the area again for a weeks break. However, we were not prepared for the shock that was in store for us when we arrived at this awful complex. I would describe the inside as something akin to a block of 1950s Russian council flats! Reception staff totally unhelpful, damaged fixtures and fittings in the very basic apartment. Electrical plug sockets that fell out of the wall, broken balcony tables and chairs, sun canopies locked in place with bike cable locks so that we couldn't use them, pool snack bar permanently closed, beware of extra charge for air con (75 euros no less)!, local unexpected taxes to be paid on arrival, dogs in residence with the associated mess outside......I could go on and on and on. The establishment is a shambles and I am seeking to get compensation from the booking firm that we used, French Life. The surrounding areas are excellent but the standard of this apartment ruined our week.

Six of us have just returned form a week at these apartments. As people have already stated the bed linen and towels are added extras, but who wants to lug these things all the way to France, so just pay the money! The cleaning is so unfair. If you don't clean it to their standard they charge you anyway! On top of that they supply very little to enable you to clean the place - a brush and dustpan. That's it. You have to go to the supermarket and buy your own cleaning fluids and mop and bucket.......... not good. The balcony had no roof so we couldn't sit out when it was raining, but the icing on the cake was the lack of a swimming pool! Big lovely pic of it in the "French Life" brochure but we arrived to discover it was getting tiled and re painted! And the one man working on it didn't appear until the end of our stay. Needless to say pool bar was closed throughout. The rest of the apartment was ok, if not a little worn. Very uncomfortable sofas though. The hidden 6 euro tax per person was a surprise to us, but it's gotta be paid. The reception staff were of the attitude that everything was 'not their problem.' Cannes, Antibes and Monte Carlo are all fab, it's a beautiful area and even the walk along the beach front of Juan Les Pins is worthwhile. Go, but think twice of staying at these apartments!!!!!!!!!

Having stayed at this apartment resort I would advise anyone who asks, not to go there.

On the whole the staff are helpful and friendly (Apart from one lady who should be avoided!!). Once given the key to our apartment we discovered that it clearly had not been cleaned by either the last person staying there or by any hotel staff. The mattress's on the beds had seen better days and were soiled and the whole apartment, as probably most of the apartments within this development and indeed the reception area and hallways, need completely refurbishing. After being ignored by the 'unhelpful receptionist', whom we asked for another room, we then spoke to a Finnish receptionist who was more than happy to look at the room and move us. Although the 2nd apartment was cleaner and the mattress's seemed to be fairly new the apartment still had seen better days.

It appears however, that some of the apartments are privately owned, and for this reason only, we assume, is why the grounds and the outside of the apartments are well kept which gives an dishonest reperesentation of how it really is inside.

I only wished I had looked at some of the comments that I have now found on various sites advising not to go to this resort I wouldn't have bothered to book there.

We were told by one of the hotel staff that they are always getting complaints and are constantly asked by clients to change their apartments.!

It is a long way from anywhere nice to eat, drink. There are beaches near by but if you don't like the apartments you probably won't like these beaches either. You have to go into Antibes or Juan Les Pins or Golfe Juan. Bus services are very good but tiring when you have small children and baggage for the beach each day.

I could go on and on but won't , just find somewhere central to where the action is and where there are more things to do with your family.

Just back from 2 weeks stay in the Open Les Pins Bleus in Juan Les Pins. Well, technically it's in Juan Les Pins but in reality, it's in no man's land between Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan, maybe 20 minutes walk from both.

We found the apartment to be not worth the money we paid. We went through French Life (owned by Thomsons) and for that reason I didn't do the research I usually would do, so I have myself to blame. The building itself isn't too bad (but lacking in things to do) but the room was not good at all - a little dirty in places, tired, extremely basic and some of the things in our apartment did not work. We had an apartment on the side of the building away from the pool and it was very noisy throughout the night. This was especially true at the weekend but also other times through the week. On our last night, despite being well away from the roads, we had motorbikes riding up and down outside and revving their engines most of the night.

We felt the apartment was a little isolated, especially with having children. The basics are nearby (couple of restaurants, a cafe, newsagent, internet cafe, supermarket) but for anything more you need to go into Juan Les Pins or Golfe Juan.....though eating in restaurants at either place is very expensive. We found it much cheaper to eat when we were at places like Cannes, Nice, Monaco.

Aside from that, we still had a great time. Public transport is terrific and so cheap. We used the buses and the train and also had a nice boat trip to saint marguerite (and our boat was actually chased by Lewis Hamilton on his Jetski !). Monaco was the highlight for me but Nice and Cannes were also great. There were things we never got chance to see (e.g. Eze and beaulieu sur mer) so we will definitely be back. Next time, we will stay a little closer to the action though.

hi, we have just returned from a famil of four trip to these apartments. on arrival we left our credit card details for the 160 euro bond, we hired bed linen which were 8 euros per single bed, and took are own towels. cleaning in this property is 35 euros, we did our own cleaning on departure from these premises. which we were aware of. the apartment itself was ok consisting of 1 bedroom, small kitchen, lounge with 2 chairs you could use as beds and a bathroom. kitchen fully equiped. one small pool, with poolside bar(not open for the 2 weeks we stayed). pool open til 7pm. beach 3min walk away, very clean, with a calm sea ideal for young kids. two restaurants close by, one tabac shop, one supermarket and a cafe. town center of juan les pins a good 25 min walk away along beach front, or 5 min on bus. golfe juan 15 min walk away.this apartment was a good central base for seeing cote de azur, however when we booked, it was because it stated car not essential for this property, which would prob be true if you didn't have two kids moaning they are tired or too hot, everytime you tried to walk to the centre! we were also informed that a taxi from the airport was around 65 euros, on arrival the taxi wanted 85 euros, we instead took the bus, which are regular direct from the airport and take around an hour for 1euro 30 each. you need to get off at eucylyptus stop, which i think was the last stop in juan les pins before entering golfe juan. would use again as a base for perhaps a long weekend as a couple, but was a little boring in the evening with two kids aged 7 and 10 to entertain
