“Krap and dirty and awfull”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

3 nights in a small krap room, dusty and dirty. I have stayed in better hostels in Asia. DO NOT BOOK, WARNING, KRAP ALERT. Breakfast is krap, everythng about this place is krap. No parking, very difficult to find, arrogant staff. Grasse is small so almost any hotelwould be well placed. KEEP AWAY FROM THE PLACE.

Room Tip: Go elsewhere.

Very friendly welcome to both us and our dogs. Pleasant room overlooking the city. Wonderful relaxing hotel after a long journey and delicious dinner outside on the terrace.
I would enjoy going there again and will recommend it to my friends.

A great experience! Our room at the time was small, but clean and tidy. It is also very well located in the town. And, the staff were friendly. Most of all though, when we left all our passports behind only realising after driving all the way to Arles on the otherside of Provence, they happy found them and arranged to courier them to us where we were going to be staying with no fuss at all. Couldn't be happier with that kind of service!

Very surprised by the number of negative reviews here, the hotel was great throughout my 5 day stay, it offers anything a small hotel at this rate would offer. The hotel is located in the center of grasse and is easily accessible from most parts of the city. The room was clean charming and adequate for our needs and everything was working properly. I really recommend to have dinner downstairs as the restaurant offers a variety of dishes. I recommend this hotel and to not listen to spoiled travelers who think it is the Martinez in Cannes!

Hotel itself is fine. You get what you pay for, staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and a decent size. The groups of strange men who hang out all day just down from the entrance are very intimidating. I know there isn't much the hotel can do but be careful in the dark

I can not recommend this hotel which is anything but charming. Extremely small room. View of the Monoprix facad. Takes pay 7 euros for parking in a public area (other hotels took 5). A receptionist who does not know what service is and was totally uninterested in guests. In addition, the dining room was "fully booked" in February? View towards the Monoprix Facad.

Room Tip: Avoid the rooom fronting the Moniprix. The start a noisy delivering at 5 a'clock. after that you...

However, the hotel itself (at 95€ a night in January for an uninspiring double room in a very cold corridor lit only by emergency lighting) is not good value for money.
They charge for Internet connection which was so slow I gave up and they, fairly, didn't put it on the bill.
