Don't doubt the review on this place. It really is #1. Not in Eze proper but above and a little hard to find. Easy to drive by the entrance since sinage is lacking (even GPS can miss it). You are like guests in Phillipe's home. A beautiful view. Great drives through the country and villages.

Room Tip: Not in Eze but a few miles out. Make sure you write down the street number and keep your eyes peeled...

This is the best place we stayed in all 8 days we were away. We were only sorry we did not stay longer. This place is better than any five star or relaix and chateau. A must go to that u will never be disappointed! We so loved our stay here and hope to return!

This must surely be one of the most beautiful outlooks of any hotel/B&B in the world. It is simply stunning.

As for Domaine Pins-Paul itself, the accommodation is very comfortable with a high level of amenity and furnishing. We were in Le Village which was a little small but quite adequate for 3 nights and this was offset by the great view from the shower! :)

We did not meet Marie-Josee, but Philippe was a helpful, thoughtful and kind host. We drive away wishing we could spend more time there and it is certainly on our list of places to which we'd be delighted to return.

My wife and I recently stayed 5 wonderful days and nights at Domaine Pins Paul. France is not short of beautiful accommodations but Domaine Pins Paul really is a cut above and is one of the very best we have encountered in 8 trips to various parts of France. The view over Eze, down to the Med. and along the coast is simply sensational and worth the price of admission as the saying goes. As if this were not enough guests at the Domaine will also find exceptional hosts who make you stay extremely comfortable whether it be through their welcome, beautiful rooms, the lovely breakfasts on the balcony, tips and information on where to eat and places to see without at all being invasive of your privacy. There is a great patio and pool to enjoy after soaking up the sights, sounds and tastes of this incomparable part of France.
If you are planning a trip to the Cote D'Azur, do yourself a favour - book a couple of nights at least at this exceptional place and savour some of the very best that France can offer.
Bon appetit!

Room Tip: We stayed in the room with the round bed which was lovely with plenty of space and a spacious bathro...

Don't hesitate if you look for a stay in this region...Monaco,Nice,Eze,Menton,..than is this the place...the last 200 meters are spectacular and a bit dangerous..but that makes the charm of this B&B...it's very quiet and the rooms have spectacular views ...we had Cap Ferrar room and we were very happy with this room...you have also a terrace ...the breakfast is very good with every day small pieces of fresh fruit(banana, kiwi, orange, etc...)...the owners makes this B&B a fantastic stay...they have fantastic tips and they want that the people have a fantastic stay..we like to eat in nice restaurants and followed most of their tips ,so read also my other reviews to have a fantastic evening...nr 1 for us is Mirazur in Menton and 2 was a real surprise Parcours in Falicon...And the most romantic moment was in La Pinede in Cap D 'ail...the swimming pools are also nice and great enough, there is also a swimming pool in the wood...more private but the water is also cooler: )...this B &B is at a height of 500 meters and so in the summer you have also a bit wind and that is fantastic so you sit at the swimming pool and is it not too hot...so dont't hesitate and book a room here .....

This beautiful small hotel/bed and breakfast is lovingly taken care of by the hosts, Philippe and Marie Josee. The rooms are all different. We stayed in La Revere, which was very lovely. The breakfast is beautiful and delicious, overlooking the incredible view of Eze village and the coast beyond that. Philippe will give you good tips on where to eat and places to visit nearby. As others have mentioned, the only drawback/challenge to visiting this lovely place for those unused to driving in mountainous areas is the road down to the site -- with hairpin turns. But it gets easier with practice, so plan to stay several days and enjoy the extraordinary site and explore the wonderful area nearby.

Room Tip: I think they are all nice, with lovely views. Ours, La Revere, was outstanding.

We just returned from our honeymoon through France and Italy. Domaine Pins Paul was our favorite stay. Everything was perfect - from the gracious hosts Philippe et Marie Josée Ponnelle, to the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, our time in Eze was perfect. We were originally scheduled to stay 3 days at Domaine Pins Paul, however, upon our arrival, we loved it so much we extended our stay. We stayed in room Cap Ferrat, which was incredibly clean and had the most AMAZING views of any hotel I have stayed.

The proprietors were incredibly helpful making arrangements for anything we needed - boat tours, restaurant reservations, etc. Also, we bought some of their olive oil to bring home and it is delicious. Try a bottle of the wine offered for sale at the domaine. It is made by Philippe's family and it is delicious!

Room Tip: We stayed in Cap Ferrat and it had amazing views.
