“Great location to train station.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We stayed here for one night on our trip through Europe. The location to the train station is great, with public parking available close by. If you get your hotel to stamp your parking ticket, you get a discount on your parking. Lots of convenience stores, shopping, and bars nearby.

Stayed here for two nights, after spending three in Paris. The hotel is situated in a perfect location with cafés, supermarkets and everything else you need right at your doorstep. Location wise it is pretty much Central Cannes five minutes walk to the beach or the main shopping areas. Staff were nice assisted us with validating our parking tickets for a discount. Parking probably the only letdown the hotel is situated on a one way street with the driving direction in the opposite direction of the main road, hence it was slightly difficult to get luggage from the public carpark to the hotel about a 800m walk. Overall everything was clean and comfy, no problems with the temperture of water or anything else. Would recommend this hotel if on discount and cheaper than others, otherwise why not try another. We were happy with the hotel though.

So, I stayed here with a group as a tour leader. I was totally pleasantly surprised with this hotel since it's only got 2*. It's much better than a lot of 3* hotels that I've stayed at in Nice, for example. it's got an amazing location, you're just a stone throw away from the major shopping street Rue d'Antibes, and you're 5 mins away from the festival palace& Croisette&beach. It's also just opposite the main railway station which is under reconstruction. The rooms are small but tidy and clean, the furniture looks new, you've got a bed, a table&chair and a sort of a wardrobe, TV. My bathroom had a bath but some had a shower. The breakfast room is on the rooftop, under a glass dome, and it boasts a superb view of the city, mainly the old part of Cannes on the hill, le Suquet. Breakfast is fine, but just sweet stuff no ham&cheese, so it's jam, honey, butter, croissants, bread, yoghurt, and surprisingly boiled eggs. Of course, coffee, milil tea, juice, water and cornflakes. The reception is small and a bit dull. Around the hotel you've got a couple of bars, a pub, restaurants and of course just around the corner the french department store Lafayette and a supermarket Monoprix (the food is upstairs!). All in all, extremely good location, quite a decent hotel. However, thin walls& loud neighbors could impoverish your sleep quality.

Great location, nice staff, renovated bathroom. Bedroom is too small but good enough for the price. TV and air conditioning work well. We didn^t try the breakfast but you can grab a coffee at the train station.

Great budget hotel very conveniently located to the train station and to the main landmarks of Cannes. Room is fairly small but this is normal considering the hotel's rates. The sixth floor is for breakfast and has a stunning view of Cannes and of Le Suquet. Service was excellent. I recommend getting breakfast at Le Suquet as at 8 Euros, it works out better than grabbing breakfast at a restaurant.

Room Tip: Choose rooms above the third floor which are quieter.

Cheap-ish. One of the cheaper places we could find in Cannes. The rooms were of a decent size, as well as the bathroom. Very outdated, but I don't care about that.. I just want something in a good location where I can have a decent nights sleep. The location is good, but the descents night sleep was not had. The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was a lot of noise from outside traffic.

The staff were friendly. The views from the roof are nice. But the breakfast isn't worth the money.
