“Lovely”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2013

A lovely stroll up (and down) the winding narrow streets, reach the top for a magnificent view on the harbor, la Croisette and all on Cannes really! and end up down by the souvenir shops... so beautiful and so romantic

“Should be #1”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

To me, this was the best part of Cannes. Lovely old section of the otherwise 80s reminiscent town. Lovely cobblestone streets, restaurants and cafes with outdoor seating for people watching, shops to browse, and french architecture to enjoy. Short (not even that strenuous as noted in some other comments) walk to the top for a great 360 view of Cannes.

“Great old town”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

This old quarter of Cannes has lots of little cobbled streets with bars, restaurants and shops to roam through and fantastic views across the port and the town of Cannes. On Rue Dr. P. Gazagnaire is the Marché Forville, where the produce market is held in the mornings and early afternoon (except on Monday's when it hosts a second hand and antiques market).
of restaurants around the Rue Saint Antoine and the Rue du Suquet. A lot of the area is pedestrianised and is a major tourist attraction for visitors to Cannes.

“Worth the walk!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2013 via mobile

The view of Cannes from the top of the old town is well worth the climb. Some lovely shops on the way up there too.
