“Expensive and very small portions”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2014

We had lunch at La Guerite last week. Stunning place, great shuttle to bring you accross at EUR 15.00 pp (but compared to normal ferry at EUR 13 a great way to get to the Island). Great atmosphere and food was good, but portions were extremely small. Vitello Tonato as a starter is like one bite, portion of French fries is like 18 French fries etc. Fish was excellent. In short we ate a lot of bread...

“blissful splendour. 5 *”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2014

What a stunning venue with blissful dreamy mixes of current music played by the dj creating quite a heavenly setting. The food was all exquisite and delicious and the service could not be faulted. I have no idea why so many flock to St Tropez when this gem exists

“Very expensive!!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2014

more than 100 euros for 2 minuscule salads and 2 plates of mussels.. even being in a very touristic place - this is super exagerated. Nice service and good sauce for the mussels, but the calade nicoise was a disaster - tuna from the can.. and for 25 euros.

“Beautiful location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2014

Visited for a family lunch. Had reserved in advance which is a necessity as it gets really busy.
Great boat ride across the sea from the local port. This is 15 euros per person which is abit steep considering you are eating with them...anyway..
Setting is lovely.
Restaurant is really nice..very 'beach-chic'...
The other reviews are correct that the prices are high... But it's a great restaurant in the middle of an island so they can charge these prices and people still come.
Service for us was great. No complaints.
Fish very fresh.
1 small issue with an under cooked prawn and requiring re-cooking (they bought the same part eaten prawn back which to me is a mistake ..)
Expensive but nice way to enjoy a family celebration.
Dress well for the setting and then take some flat shoes and a sun hat for walking around the island afterwards.

“Le diner des cons”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2014

Setting is beautiful, on the waterfront, and the food is excellent. Unfortunately the majority of the other diners are evidently on a "who can be the most ostentatiously rich and of bad taste" trip. I'm hardly anti capitalist but by the end of the meal I was researching guillotines on Google. Big big shame
