Chef Lorenzo's charm and enthusiasm is surpassed only by the incredible cuisine. Mixed grill was prepared perfectly but the star of the plate, a julienne of root vegetable and zucchini, sauté' with garlic, EVOO and a hint of herbs of province. excellent! Worth noting for us Americans who are amazed that French meals come with so-so “french-fries”; Le Perousin took the French Fried potato to new level that even I enjoyed.
