Description: The restaurant headed by Michael Fulci (young chef trained at Verge and Ducasse), offers a kitchen full of flavor and delicacy with a touch of Provence. The only all prepared fresh, seasonal ingredients. The masonry is an old pottery 16em century. The summer terrace (patio covered with a pergola of vines) a green oasis. The room (restyled in 2014) has a special atmosphere with its wide arches Biot stones. The pearl gray walls gives a modernity while retaining the old charm of old stones. The dining room staff is very caring while remaining discreet and available to customers.

“Fantastic.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2014

A Michelin starred restaurant with a 79 euro set menu that tasted amazing. The service was also fantastic, we had not long before eaten at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester where we found the service to be a little over the top in terms of the number of times our meal was interrupted. In comparison, the service was efficient, but relaxed and in turn we were relaxed. The food definitely worthy of the star. Amazing wine list, not cheap but enough at a budget to compliment the fantastic price of the set menu. You need a serious excuse not to go!

“Beautiful atmosphere with variable food and service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2014

As I live in the area I have visited many times and have entertained business colleagues here frequently. The good news is that in Summer Biot Village is impossible to park a car in but this restaurant has its own car park! The location of the restaurant is great and inside the rustic, stone walls provide a memorable Provencal look and feel...superb atmosphere.

The service is helpful and charming but the time to get food on your plate is very long as is the time to pay your bill. The food is very tasty and very good example of traditional Provencal cooking. However I would not say that this is a high end gastronomic experience ....just very good cuisine. For that I think the value for money is not the best and the wines are pricey.

“Quality is not always the same as the price”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2014 via mobile

We had dinner at Les Terraillers last Friday night. The setting indoors is very nice (not as nice as the terrace, which in spite of beeing squezed in between the road and the building is a gem) service was efficent and attentive, since the restaurant was almost empty it perhaps wasn't that much of a challenge.

Food ranged from a severly undercooked Rouget, which should have been sent back to the kitchen, to a nice piece of Lamb, to a fairly tasteless dessert supposedly based on pear, the tase was basically only Chantilly though.

The winelist starts around € 90, there is no problem in spending money there. The prizing formula seems to be purchase price times four.

Even in these days, a tab at around € 150 ($ 225)/ person is not cheap. Unfortunately price and quality doesn't go hand in hand at this place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. Lived up to the raving reviews and press. This is a top class and top quality restaurant from the moment you walk in the door. No complaints, highly recommended.

“One of the Best Meals...”

This place did not disappoint. The service was incredible and the food was exquisite. From the appetizers to the dessert everything was delicious. Although quite expensive it was well worth the experience.
