Description: The restaurant headed by Michael Fulci (young chef trained at Verge and Ducasse), offers a kitchen full of flavor and delicacy with a touch of Provence. The only all prepared fresh, seasonal ingredients. The masonry is an old pottery 16em century. The summer terrace (patio covered with a pergola of vines) a green oasis. The room (restyled in 2014) has a special atmosphere with its wide arches Biot stones. The pearl gray walls gives a modernity while retaining the old charm of old stones. The dining room staff is very caring while remaining discreet and available to customers.

“Delicious food but it's the atmosphere that counts”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2013

If you sit outside in summer you are underneath a canopy of grapes hanging from vines above your head and surrounded by beautiful glass sculptures of fish and (my favourites) bears. The service is incredible. The food Michelin starred. Fantastic wines. I've dined there for over 20 years and never seen an empty seat. Unique, unusual and a delight.

“Great food, not so keen on the decoration”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

We had the menu for 79€ which came with 5 small portioned but still sufficient courses (including cheese). The green pea accompaniment to the fish was delicious and the dessert (wild strawberry tiramisu) was outstanding- beautiful and delicious. For a restaurant of this level, I think the bread could be better (the olive bread and tomato bread lacked salt); definitely somewhere to go again.

“Incredible yet again”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2013

Third review for this restaurant but it must be our 20th time of dining there. From the welcome when you arrive to last mouthful of food, everything is just outstanding.

Took a new guest and we were worried that all our ravings for this gem would put his expectations too high, but we needn't have worried. He was lost for words at the end of the meal and plans to go back as soon as possible.

Please don't change anything you are doing, food and service together with the perfect setting makes working all year worthwhile to be able to keep going back!!

“A wonderful dining experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2013

This is one of the best restaurants we've visited. There are many factors that affect a restaurant experience. The food, of course, which is simply wonderful here in every respect (our turbot main courses were a delight) and the wine (the list here is extensive and our Chablis was excellent). Then there is the service which is perfect; friendly and helpful, attentive but not overbearing, most of all unstuffy. The building is lovely and the dining space is perfect (a nice sized table with space around it but still a nice buzz around the place from other diners). The pacing of the meal is also perfect for us. We're critical people but can't fault this place. It is expensive but worth it. A wonderful dining experience.
