My husband and I hike a little bit since we are from Colorado and were thrilled to find this trail. However, we did not have specifics to the trail. We picked up a map at the tourist center after we got off the train from Nice. The lady at the information centre pointed us to the closest beach Plague De la Gravette. Since we were on that side of town and were pretty late to catch the bus to the beginning of the trail at Cap D'Antibes, we started the trail from the other end Chemin de la Garoupe. This is a must for anyone traveling there and can do a little hiking. It is the best way to see the coast. My husband and I enjoyed this path. You will need decent foot wear, there are a lot of loose rocks and will have to jump over logs a little bit but this is so worth it. The views were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this trail, we saw many families doing the trail too. It is best done early morning or late in the evening.
