When we arrived at this hotel, we were directed to a room on the fifth floor. Although we're in good physical condition, the hike with our luggage to the fifth floor was not fun. The room had a sink, period. There was a toilet half a floor down and a shower another floor down. We asked for a room with an ensuite bathroom. We were then given another room which had an ensuite bathroom. However, the lighting fixture in the bathroom was dangling from the ceiling and not operating. We then asked for another room and were, thankfully, given an okay room on the first floor. The window opened up to a pedestrian area, and the room was very small and strange. I would never stay here again. I will say that the young woman at the front desk was very nice and tried to be helpful. Oh, the carpet on the stairs was filthy. Just a yukky experience.
