I stayed here for 4 nights in May with my sister. We had a twin room with courtyard view that had plenty of space. The hotel was so charming with it's little courtyards and tiles. The room was basic but charming as well and included a desk. The Wifi worked well in the room that we had.
They served breakfast which was extra but worth it to us. It was basically continental but there was cheese and meat along with hard boiled eggs.
There was not shower stall or way to stand and actually shower. You had to get on our knees or sit on the side of the tub to use the shower head on yourself...we got used to it but it was incredibly annoying attempting to wash your hair this way or to just bathe.
We had to ask for a wine opener and the owners were not very friendly about it and asked for it back pretty quickly. They also were not very friendly informing us we could not drink in our room which was odd. We are not 25 year old woman so we were both pretty insulted by their behavior and assumptions.
All in all it was a great hotel to stay and had the exact kind of charm that suited Arles really well. It's probably good for people that have made plans as the staff were not overly friendly and willing to help us for some reason.
