The facility is conveniently located near the wonderful downtown.

We rented a one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. We were able to save quite a bit on food as we could cook in the room.

Downsides: Requested a nonsmoking room; didn't get one. The staff is civil but the level of service is mediocre. The front desk closes at 10:00 pm. If you are out of the building, make sure you have the code to punch in at the front door-otherwise hou can't get in the building-your key will not open the door.

Also the front desk is closed from noon to 2:00 pm.

We could walk to everything. We didn't want nor could we afford a luxury hotel, and we didn't plan to spend our vacation time in the hotel!! The kitchenette allowed us to prepare snacks in the room and not have to go out for something. The studio apartment concept meant we could invite others on our tour to join us in the evening and share some of the great things we discovered that day. We believe if we want all the comforts of home, we should stay home!We'll certainly be back here!

Very disappointing. My room was small (even by European standards), poorly furnished, had no air conditioning and poor ventilation, and -- best of all -- there was no bed! All you get is a pull-out sofabed that is difficult to handle and uncomfortable to sleep on. I was there in August 03. I complained about the stifling heat and the desk staff gave me an (old) electric fan, which didn't help much because there was no outlet anywhere near the (one) window. A cheap room, but you get what you pay for. Avoid if at all possible.
