We stayed here after a journey down from the UK on the TGV and before picking up a car hire the next day: liked the hotel - unpretentious, friendly and reasonably priced. It was only 5 minutes walk from the drop off for the shuttle from the TGV station which is a few miles outside Aix. (We would, by the way, recommend doing the TGV trip from the UK.) Brasserie was good too - very French and good value. We will use the hotel again when we do a TGV trip to Aix

Stayed here for 5 times, for vacations in Provence. 2 times with family and 3 times with couple(s) of friends. Never been disappointed. Ok , its not a spetacular hotel (it was 2 star, now it have been upgraded to 3 star), but you are next to the rotonda and the beautiful cour Mirabeu, on side of the entrace os old city. Just walk and enjoy. Forget your car (hotel garage - 12 euros/day is handy but really small). When we got a bigger car (van) we spend 20 euros for a covered public garage, just 100m away. Rooms are clean ( as weel the bathroom), modern, and comfy, and obviously small (hey, we are in France!). But you are going to spend your time strolling around in this nice and lively city, full of young students, and tourists. Buffet breakfast is ok for the price.
We will return. Enjoy!

We chose this hotel for its location close to Cours Mirabeau and for its beautiful deco decor. We prebooked a parking place in the garage. The space was VERY tight and took us a long time to finally squeeze into it. Our room was plain and small but clean and quiet. The bathroom was very modern and had a unqiue deco glass door. Staff was basically helpful but not very friendly. WiFi worked fine.
The lobby and restaurant are very deco and cool. We did not eat at the restaurant nor did we have breakfast at the hotel.

Hotel close to the centre of Aix. Garage parking available if you pre book. Room was very small but comfy and clean. Free wifi. Restaurant in house was excellent with good food at a reasonable price. Would recommend for a short stay.

We had a room with a balcony, both of which were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is conveniently located for walking around town, and was also a short enough walk from the train station. The restaurant downstairs was good as well. The only problem, if you can call it that, was the wi-fi signal didn't reach all the way up there on the top floor, but you could sit in the nice lounge in the reception area for wi-fi if you needed it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Get a room with a balcony. It's worth the extra money.
