“No wifi signal in extremely small overpriced rooms”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2013 via mobile

Suggested by Nantes tourism office as a good place to stay for a conference: I took the advice on face value. The rooms are very small and the double bed is pushed up against the wall. This means that if you are in this hotel as a couple one person needs to crawl over the other to get out of bed. The rooms are tiny so if you both have luggage it will be a problem. Worst of all for me at least was the terrible wifi signal in the room. It was basically useless. I'd go so far as to say false advertising.

Low WiFi connectivity (at least in room 313)
No hairdryer
Old bathroom (especially shower)
Dirty kitchenware
The parking is very narrow and it is quit a mission to park in. You will have to pass 3 doors to arrive to the last available place where you may not be able to park... If you own a bigger car than standard one, forget about it.
I complain about this, wrote a letter to the director and met him. His point was that I "exaggerate" because he is parking everyday there and that price are in the range of others parkings in city. I checked, it cost 8 euros in Hotel and 3.2 euros by night in "cité des congrès" parking, so if you want to park just for the night, do not park in Hotel.
Director promised me to give a written answer, I'm still waiting for it.

It is a pity to have to argue with people with so bad communication skills and that have no interest in client satisfaction.

We arrived on a Sunday and the reception closed at 12 o'clock. We were able to arrive before midday so we could get the information about the codes for the entrance door and the safe were they would put the keys at 2 p.m. We werent sent a massage with the codes as referred to on the website. It is not easy to find the parking and when you find it you have to go through several gates until you reach the parking; it is difficult to park there as the parking lot is narrow and there are only a few.
The kitchnette is well equipped and it is a value. The studio is not cleaned daily and they don't change the towels either or make the beds and you have to take the garbage yourself.

I stayed at this Hotel on the 29th of May. I had booked a delux studio at least a month before. The room was so small it was either me or my case. There was no place to pop your luggage so I squashed it in the ensuite. I wasn`t too worried as I was only staying the night. The room appeared to be consumed by an oversized King bed. Having struggled to change I climbed into the bed only to find my legs were sticking out at the far end.The huge bed was clearly placed the wrong way around! Then the unthinkable occured. As I lay on one of the pillows it smelt of unwashed hair. Dragging another pillow in exchange stank of tobacco. This was unforegivable. A sleepless night followed partly due to raucus noises outside. As it was late I didn`t complain til the next morning after a mediocre breakfast. A weak apology was offered but that was all!

My experience speaks for itself!

Close to the city center. Very friendly staff, especially at the reception. Kitchen is quite good to cook for yourselves because all kitchen equipments even microwave oven are provided. Therefore just go to the supermarket 100 mt. away, do your shopping, cook in your apart room and enjoy your breakfast or meal in your room.

Keep in mind that the CHECK IN is ONLY between 15.00-23.00 hours. And also nobody came and clear up my room during my stay for four days. So, the housekeeping service is not good.

The location is very nice, just infront of the lieu unique, 5 mins walking from the train station, 2 mins from super market and less than 10 mins walking from nantes center!
The apartment itself is small but decent, bed and bathroom, and all kitchen tools, internet is not free, garage also is not free, but you can park in the street. They clean the room once per week
