“A must see”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

We visited on a Monday morning in December and had the place all to ourselves - it was excellent! It is very well laid out and the museum display provides a great introduction for people who might not have any knowledge about the tapestry. Only negative is the audio guide which very much rushes through and misses lots of intriguing details. But I guess it is more suitable for busier times. Still an excellent place to visit.

“Interesting, audio tour”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 6, 2012

Excellent audio tour, engaging story of the tapestry, detailed enough to be informative, but short enough to keep children interested and moving. Recommend

You get to see the tapestry close up but there is some pressure to move along quickly which you much resist

“A must for history buffs.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2012

The tapestry really is like a modern day comic strip telling one of the most important stories in Western Civilization. Beautifully embroidered and well presented in a 70 meter glass enclosed setting.

“70 Metres of History”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2012

Included in the admission price is a personal commentary in one's own language, which provides complete information regarding each element of the tapestry.

The museum complements the artefact itself, providing a wealth of supplementary information, together with a cinematic performance, again in one's own language.
