We stayed here for a couple of nights is September[and have stayed here before]. Not cheap but prices vary depending on the day of the week or season. Great location for mooching around Bayeux and will appeal to Tapestry seekers and D-Day sights. Quiet and comfy rooms and plenty of car park spaces. Staff very friendly--professional and speak good English for those who need it. It has a Bistrot on site which is OK---though a 15 minute walk in to town will give you more options. That said, Bayeux isn't great for night for nightlife or good restaurants, Breakfast, like, most Novotels I think is expensive ----if all you fancy is a coffee and a pain au raisin, better walk to the Leclerc supermarket[10 mins] and buy your breakfast and take back to room and use their tea/coffee facilities. Overall a very nice, if a little pricey hotel [for us] but for the US Punters and our friends from Japan---probably seems a good deal.
