So to explain the concept. You get a really small plate which you take to the buffet to select the ingredients for your stir fry. My advice is stack it high as once it is cooked they put it in a bigger bowl. The chef then fries it up in front of you letting you pick the sauces. My dish was tasty, however I had to get the waiter to explain what each sauce was as the chef didn't speak English and my French is limited. I found the service really good, with the French waiter taking his time to explain the menu in English. Price wise it was very reasonable.
