A wonderfully run hotel. All the staff were outstanding. So friendly, helpful and customer focused. For a 2 star hotel it was brilliant. The cleanliness was great, water pressure brilliant and plenty of shower gel. The only down side was it is quite noisy with wooden floors from the rooms above and the walls are thin so take a pair of ear plugs. It’s easy to navigate from this location but the area is not great but in general a really great budget hotel.

The rooms should be noise canceling. Nope. I hear the neighbor snoring, the bell of the front door going off when people come and go and the usual shouting in this neighborhood. (Stripclubs, whores around the corner, etc.) Oh and I can hear the phone of the reception going on and on.

The room was in a depressing state. Dirt on the wall, no paper and pen, shower of 70x70cm, (no bath) so yeah, don't book room 103 if you are with WeightWatchers.

Bed: Comfy. I'm a single traveller and I got a single bed. I'm not used to that, but okay. Matrass is great. Pillows suck. (small) and my bed is broken. Dunno why but they should fix it.

Service: Breakfast @ 9 EUR. Walk 100 meters and you'll get it for four.

So, meh, next time I'm spending more. And elsewhere. (3 nights @ 142 EUR through Booking.com)

Stayed here for five nights. The room was clean but the walls were very thin so you could hear every little noise outside or in the next room. The staff were extremely helpful and gave clear directions to the airport shuttle. Breakfast was buffet style but adequate. Free wifi was an added bonus.

Trying to find a 2 rooms at the last minute wasn't easy. Every hotel in Toulouse semed to be full. So when the Boreal came through we snapped them up. We should have tried harder. The rooms were cell-small. The airconditioning didn't work. The breakfast was mean and paltry. But most importantly - If you have any issues with your back, assiduously avoid this hotel and it's horrible beds. The front desk ladies were kind and helpful, though. A hotel for the young, strong and unfussy.

First mistake- didn't review on trip advisor. Went through another site that didn't mention things like RED LIGHT DISTRICT, directly across the road from a LAP DANCING CLUB that went till early hours. Couldn't have our windows open for the noise, although when shut it was better, but felt like you were in a prison cell. We arrived about 5pm and even then could tell it was a bad area. The hire bikes are very close but are also the sitting area for some very strange people one of whom was hassling a lady taking a bike out. Went out to get dinner and the walk back at only 8 o'clock was frightening enough. Yes, close to the railway station, Would never consider it for famillies or female travellers. Have been travelling France and stayed in many places but this has been a very bad area. Don't bother

Room Tip: Go to another motel
