This tiny restaurant, only a few steps from the Toulouse rail station, is easily overlooked as you proceed on Rue Bayard toward the city center. Do not miss this dining experience. Meet Dominique, the restaurant manager, and her chef. Without a doubt, the very best cassoulet that may be found. Prices are quite reasonable. A nice small regional wine list, and even some Cote de Rhone available. Can't say enough about this small place. You'll pay a lot more at places around Victor Hugo or the Place Wilson advertising "fine dining"...but you'll be disappointed. The food will not compare to La Ripaille. It is connected to Grand Hotel at 72 rue Bayard.
