“not bad at all”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2010

Stayed in a 2 room apartment- rooms modern, beds comfortable and clean. on site car park, english spoken and breakfast available. The rooms aren't too badly priced and it is walking distance to railway station and centre. The street itself is gritty but never felt threatened at all.

Okay, so the street is a bit dodgy..... But the hotel is an oasis, located back from the main street and is extremely quiet and comfortable.

The staff were amazing (and most of them bilingual) from the moment we walked through the doors. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them.

Our room was very clean (a particular bug bear for me) and the hotel is extremely modern with every amenity you need.

The breakfast is a little pricey, it's true (15 euros/adult) but the kids are free so it worked out well for us.

It was wonderful to have the kitchen in our apartment and a decent sized fridge so we could shop at the mini supermarche just metres away and have plenty of food (and wine) on hand.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time here and would recommend this hotel. If we are ever lucky enoughh to stay in Toulouse again it would be here.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2010

Stayed four nights in August during a touring vacation.
Location etc - the hotel is in a modern building located about 1Km from the old town and 300m or so from the station. It is in a pretty rough street with many very rough drug adicts sitting around the local addicts medical centre a few yards away. Just round the corner there is a main road full of bars and restaurants. There is a Liddle and Carefour Express just up the road. Overall, apart from the round the clock drunks and drug addicts, it is quite a convenient location.
Check-in - friendly and efficient.
Room - sperate bedroom with large comfortable bed but little room round the bed. Small, rather drab, combined, lounge with sofa bed and desk, small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, cooker and dishwasher. Small balcony with views of backs of other buildings. Plenty of storage space, good air-conditioning.
The lounge/sitting area was the major dissapointment. It was small and when one sat on the sofa there was only a small distance to the (blank plus TV) wall in front of you. The overall effect was rather depressing and claustrophobic. We tried opening the sofa bed and with it open it filled the lounge area. All not very "privilege"
Internet was free and fast but gave me loads of problems with things like VPNs etc. Hotel firewall seemed to be blocking many services
Breakfast - made our own.
Public areas - nice smart lounge, small swimming pool with deck area to sit out on. Self-service laundry room.
Staff - very helpful, efficient and friendly

Great modern design, centrally located. Stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, quite spacious with small kitchen and nice balcony. Nice pool area.
The only negative comment I would have is that breakfast was not included in price and quite expensive for the limited choice. For a 4 star hotel, service at breakfast could be improved, they kept running out of things, like coffee, warm milk, toasts,...
Also a computer for use of guests would be nice.

whenever I am in town, I always try to get a room in this hotel.
Really beautiful hotel, just sometimes the price is a bit too pricy.
But for the city and location this hotel is perfect.
Nice area, nice services, has gym, swimming pool.
Even ice breaker in each floor. Nice appartment type hotel.
You really have everything inside.
Beautiful

Excellent two-room apartment with kitchenette. Flat screen TV in both livingroom and bedroom. The AC was working perfectly despite it being 33C outside. Kitchenette completely furnished with stove, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, fridge and even a dishwasher. Swimming pool outside with connected whirlpool inside. Very friendly staff in the reception. Did not try the breakfast as we made our own in the apartment.

We stayed in a fabulous 2 room apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable, the decor was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is in an excellent location 5 minutes walk from the train station and a further 5 minutes walk to the city centre with all its bars and shops. Within 100 yards is a Lidl and a Spar shop selling everything you need for your stay. Alternatively there are some excellent restaurants and a chinese take away along the same street. We would thoroughly recommend these apartments for a stay with friends or with your family. The swimming pool and spa also looked excellent although we didn't get the chance to use them. Would definately stay again
