Booked the restaurant as part of gourmet package with the hotel. Staff were not particularly welcoming and our 'amuse-bouches' arrived before we had finished our initial tasting plate. Then the scallops were brought immediately before we had time to savour the last dish. The scallops were overwhelmed by the marinade and not of the standard that we were expecting. The pigeon was delicious, but the vegetables were tepid. The desserts were uninspired, unless you appreciate frozen cranberries! Not a Michelin star experience.
