The blackboard menu is short and everything sounded enticingly wine-friendly. Our salmon tartare was beautifully balanced, very fresh and nicely dressed with chives. Our entrecotes were perfectly cooked, well seasoned, served with a delicious reduction sauce, a simple salad and fried potatoes (duck fat I think, or goose fat) and perfectly matched with the mid-priced Languedoc that we chose with advice from the sommelier.
The wine list is extensive, with a wide price range. I think our sommelier was the proprietor, she was knowledgeable and spoke good English.
