“Very nice drive stopover”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 21, 2012

It's a clean cozy and nice hotel with good family apartments. For the family it's great because you have your fridge, microwave, a little stove and even a ironing board.
The pools clean but a bit cold.
The personal was very helpful and very nice. They really think ahead for you. To bad that they leave at 20:00.
Breakfast was good but not outstanding. And for diner we ate in a restaurant left around the corner.
This was one of our stopovers toward spain. But everybody in the region was very helpful and nice.

The room was like a bedsit with cooking appliances etc.. we were on the first floor and could hear road noise.. the hotel was very basic as we only saw 1 person who checked us in.. the breakfast was poor with no hot food just a selection of cereals and yogurts etc... plus tea nd coffee, a bit of a let down as we had to eat again later.., the hotel is close to the town centre, the maganificient square making up for the poor surroundings.. overall okay for 1 night but would choose elswhere if having to stay longer.

Main problem - staff on site for only few hours-a-day, so it's really "do it yourself" thing... But if you are prepared for this situation - it's not that bad. Rooms are clean and of good size. By the way - helicopters landing (especially during the night) on the roof of hospital opposite don't make things easier...

The hotel was cheap, and it was very handy to have kitchen facilities, but the room was a bit depressing. We had a double camp bed, which was very uncomfortable, so slept badly. The location of the hotel isn't exactly picturesque, but very close to the centre, which is beautiful! It was very quiet, which is a bonus.

We had to extend our stay due to the volcanic activity in Europe and they were very accomodating. A friend referred us to them and so glad they did. English speaking staff and they very helpful and friendly. They had a underground garage, clean washer & dryer, coffee machine etc 24 hr access. Good places to eat and shopping store near by. Very relaxing and quite location. Would highly reccomend the hotel when staying in Nancy. Give Fayon Yveline a call and she will take good care of you.
