I don't know if there has been a change of owner but I can't understand the reviews below. Four of us ended up here by default as we had not booked and in Uzes on a summer evening that makes finding a table quite difficult. We had walked past this restaurant on a number of previous evenings and it was always full from 8pm onwards with people obviously having a very good evening despite looking like a down-market pizzeria.
The restaurant is alongside the street that leads into the centre of Uzes so there is a bit of traffic noise. However that is the only downside. The quality and presentation of the cooking was superb, and probably as good as Zanelli (see my review from the same vacation in Uzes). Two of us had excellent pizzas. The desserts were well presented and clearly made on the premises by someone who cared about cooking.
After a slight initial hitch over table availability service was excellent. The wine list was very reasonably priced, and overall value for money was exceptional. Try to get a table away from the road if you can. We eat here on the last night of our stay in Uzes and when we go back it will be our first point of call. Ignore the nominal rating of this restaurant and the reviews below, and go and have a great evening at a very reasonable price. Without wine it was just over 25 euros a head.
