“Great place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2012

A stones throw from the Castillet and very close to the canal this small intimate restaurant is quite easy to find.

The lunch time menu at €16.50 for three courses is very good value and the food consistently good and beautifully presented. There is normally a choice of three starters, mains and desserts catering for most tastes. Wines are competitively priced. Service is professionally attentive.

The a la carte menu is not surprisingly more expensive but is equally good value.

This restaurant is usually very busy at lunch time and it pays to book if you don't want to be disappointed. In the holiday season it is easier to get a table as many of the local business people are on holiday themselves.

“An excellent meal, great service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2011

We arrived in Perpignan late and stumbled on this gem not far from our hotel. I had a perfectly cooked fish and my wife also enjoyed her meal. The wine was chosen by the waitress and was excellent. This is not a cheap restaurant but the food and service is well worth it.

“Fabulous!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2010

The food from the small blackboard menu was just to die for......they had run out of the starter which I had chosen and offered me gambas .....cooked to perfection best I have had in France. Main course was delicious Monk....fantastic! Hubby had meaty dishes and he thoroughly enjoyed also. Wine and fab 3 course meal for two cost 62 euros ...I reckon in the UK it would have been more like £120. My mouth is watering at the memory.
