Rooms were somewhat clean, carpets were dirty, and bed was uncomfortable. It was nice to have your own mini kitchen, however there were no dishes or cutlery. The pool area was extremely noisy as the hotel is situated beside a large, busy intersection. Front staff were helpful, but like most in France...very slow. We never ate at the hotel so can't say anything about the restaurant. The parking garage was very small and steep. Do not take a medium to large sedan type car down there!

We stayed here in August 2012 with our four children. When we arrived the children went straight to the pool - the foot wash was thick with hairs- while swimming our eldest son sliced open his toe on the edge of a tile in the pool (there were lots of missing tiles), we went to reception who took 5 minutes to speak to us (they were constantly answering the phone rather than dealing with the clients in front of them) and asked them for a first aid kit telling them what had happened. They showed little interest and handed us a first aid kit where nearly everything in it was opened and unsterile with nothing to swab blood with. We asked to see the manager and waited for him but he decided to go home instead! My husband is a frequent visitor to the Accor group of hotels and this is by far the worst he has encountered.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and found it a convenient base, a 20 minute walk or a short tram ride to the centre. The parking seems to be limited so we made sure to book in advance. It is secure underground parking and cost €10 per day. On street parking is expensive and the old city is car free.
The rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchenette had a fridge, microwave and kettle but no crockery, just paper cups. I found this unhelpful as the only reason I wanted the kitchenette was to be able to make the occasional cup of tea or coffee.
There is a range (30+) of free movies available in each of the major languages.
The staff were pleasant and helpful and will provide free maps of the city.

The hotel is ready to get to from the airport by the bus (across the roundabout). The staff are very helpful and the facilities are clean and of a good standard. Although the rooms have a small kitchenette there are no plates or pans to use, which was a bit disappointing but not a great problem as we weren't planning on cooking but did pose a problem for breakfast in the room.

The pool is big enough but not massive, the best bit was that it seemed to be heated which made having a dip more enjoyable.

All in all a good stay and the hotel is only 10 mins walk from the centre.
