We had the delightful opportunity to be seated at the bar and observe the adroit Chef create delectable sensations. Turbot sautéed in a mushroom sauce that melted into an exquisite gastronomic debauchery. The local regional wines are exceptional as was our Chardonnay. The desert wine paired with an incredibly moist chocolate soufflé punctuated our finest meal at a moderate price. The Chef and server are amicable and charming. Good idea to make a reservation due to intimate limited seating.
