In a business area where you need a car. Quite clean. Limited facilities and all to be paid (parking internet sauna...) Bed not particularily comfortable, paid wifi very poor - I had to check out one day earlier as it was impossible to work (connection dropped and credentials had to be renentered continuiusly, poor speed) - while the room was not refundable the staff did not even offer to refund what I paid for parking or internet for the day I did not use it - nothing major but goes to show the level of service

This hotel located in a business like district but no business around and it seems no people except who's travelling through the area. You are literally can't find anything nearby except a fruit and vegetable shop in 10 minutes walk. No shop, no petrol station, simply nothing. There is a pizza restaurant in the building but it was closed for whole summer... The hotel itself is quite clean and comfortable but in general it is boring. The breakfast for EUR 9 is average. The internet is cheap, but almost not usable. This is the first hotel in my lifetime where no cleaning was done in a week.. weird. If you want to eat something, you must take a taxi (if you have no car) for EUR 20 to the mid-town because there is no usable public transport around. I don't really recommend this hotel if the issues above a problem for you too. Take one of the hotel in the old-town if possible (this is what I'll do next time)

Hope you don't need to use the internet while you're staying at this hotel because you won't be able to from your room.

The internet connection at this hotel was awful, primarily because it was routed through this horrible site that would drop the connection after about 30 minutes. Forget streaming anything or logging in from your phone. This "highly advanced" connection can't handle either. Hope you have a data plan or don't mind spending a lot of time in the lobby if you're staying here.

Otherwise the stay was great. The employees were nice, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable for the hotel range. They really, honestly need to do something about the internet though. It can't handle when there's a rush on check-ins (then no one can connect).

This is really important for something designed to be a hotel in a business area. Ditch the garbage website with the password and invest in a linked router system to boost the signal to the upper floors. 1 password is way easier to manage and you don't wreck your internet connection.

Seriously: would have given this place a solid 4 if it wasn't for that. (it's also a 45 minute walk from the city center and there's only 1 restaurant within a reasonable distance)

Room Tip: It has free wifi if you can get it to work. If you need a room with an actual connection, go to ano...

Clean hotel and room but you have to pay for all extras. We paid €2 for parking and €2 for tax of the day. We also had to pay for wifi, none of these additional costs were explained on the website when booking. connected one phone and when my wife's phone wouldn't connect then went to the front desk to find out that we had to pay again to connect a second phone-why didn't they tell us this at the beginning?!!! Don't stay at this hotel if you want any night life-it's in the middle of a commercial park.

We drove from Barcelona in Spain and entered France. Our plan was to drive along coastal France and spend one night in Montpellier. It was only a stop over and we had no plans to see any city attractions. We selected Park and Suites, a modest accommodation for one night.
It occupies a small section of a big building in an industrial area or an office complex . Entrance to the hotel is through a one way street. While driving in, we missed the entrance to the building and slightly overshot. Instead of doing another round, we cautiously reversed till we reached the entrance. The second time it was very easy to find our way and park in the hotel car park.
The apartments we booked had one bedroom, a small sitting area and a kitchenette. The room was slightly bigger than a normal hotel room, nothing to commend about. It is not a hotel and you cannot expect the same service like in a hotel. Free room cleaning will be only at the end of the stay. We were not concerned as we were planning to spend only one night. The next condition is that you have to clean the kitchenette if you use any of the kitchen equipment. There were no cleaning liquids or any other device to clean the kitchenette. I suppose you are expected to buy them from the market. We were not planning to use the kitchenette, so it was not an issue for us.
The apartments are suitable for families or groups who plan to spend more than a week and cook their own meals. But it is advisable to discuss with the reception at the very start and find out how you are going to clean the kitchenette at the end of your stay.
The reception staff do their best to help you. We asked the girl at the reception about dinner. She recommended two restaurants in the city and told us about the food choices. We drove to the city and managed to find an underground parking station closer to the city centre. The incessant rain spoilt everything and we ended up having dinner in an unknown restaurant close to the car park.
I can recommend these apartments for people who plan to stay for long periods and make use of the kitchenette, not for those who visit the city for a short duration and enjoy dining out.

I was there for a business trip. It was very calm, clean and comfortable.. exactly what u need after a long day at work..
If you go there for pleasure, then, you must know that it is far from the center... It's surrounded by companies and firms (pretty dull) + no tram station nearby...

We booked for 3 nights.

Happy with the size of the room but annoyed that you couldn't open the windows due to some regulation, strangely enough you could open the windows of the rooms opposite of ours. And this in the middle of Summer!

Their WiFi allowed only 1 device at a time so we had to take turns who could jump online. In this day and age, really?

Only one chair, no table, just a sideboard which we had to declutter in order to use it as a table.

Only one elevator for the entire building. Once we waited ages to use the lift because the entire cleaning brigade was using it.

When we asked for the shower gel dispenser to be refilled we were given 2 tiny sample size bottles. How stingy!

Although we couldn't open the windows the room was covered in dust.

The hotel had a sterile office feel to it. We weren't looking forward returning to our room after a long day. Not impressed.
