We ate dinner here and the modern clean decor was a nice contrast with the excess touristic elements in this town. Food was well prepared and served at a nice pace, and the wine markup was not excessive for the calibre of restaurant - a good list of locals too. I had the asparagus starter - which was beautiful - and the pigeon ( which was properly rare). My husband had the cassoulet and was pleased with its traditional presentation and careful preparation ( it's hard to ruin a peasant dish like this, but we've had a few real massacres!). We'd happily return to eat here again - and in fact our friends did exactly that the next day for lunch which they also much enjoyed.
