Visiting Carcassonne for the Bastille Day festivities, we booked this restaurant based on Michelin recommendation. As previous reviewers have mentioned, it can be difficult find. Do not be misled by the numbering on Boulevard Barbes. Keep walking away from the city and it is on the right. We eat in the courtyard, which was busy with the city busy with people in town for the fireworks. The menu was a special indicating a quick service, however we were surprised to receive the first course before completing our aperitif. The waiters hovered waiting for us to complete each course, which was somewhat disconcerting. The food was mixed with some very good, an the main course of pork fillet very dry. Having completed a three course meal with aperitifs and amuse in 50 minutes, we had to ask three times and wait 30 minutes for the bill. Probably not a typical evening, so I would probably give it another go.
