While strolling around the streets of the Latin Quarter feeling rather hungry with staff from other restaurants trying to drag us in to their restaurants we noticed some locals going into Rim Cafe on the corner of Rue St Severin and Rue De La Harpe. So as they always say when you are away - eat where the locals eat as they know best.
So we decided to enter Rim Cafe and were a bit surprised to see around 8 people waiting for tables standing in front of us. While we waited more people arrived into the restaurant but some decided not to stay. We did and were not dissapointed. After waiting about 15 minutes we were seated at a nice table on the left hand side of the restaurant.
The pizza was was one of the best pizzas I've ever had and a litre carafe of sauvignon blanc was only €14 which is a pleasant surprise in Paris. The portion of Tiramisu for desert was huge. All in all, I was very satisified and came out feeling rather full. I will definitely be going back.
