“Simply amazing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013 via mobile

Best patisserie we visited in Paris. The Saint Honore and isaphan macaron are delicious beyond words. Don't be intimidated by the line, it moves fast. I can't wait to go back!!

“Amazing Desserts”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013

This is one of two recommended dessert shops that our friend told us to visit in Paris. Pierre Herme has some very refined yet unexpected dessert and bakery items. I enjoyed a small ganache cake, a rose and strawberry-infused croissant (amazing) while my friend had the best macaroon I've ever tried: jasmine flavored. A visit here is absolutely worth the time, and after buying some goodies you can walk right over to Luxembourg Gardens to enjoy them!

“Best Macaroons and rose infused croissants”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2013

Our tour guide of Monmartre told us this was the best place for croissants and macaroons and she was right. I tried a lot of macaroons in Paris but the chocolate macaroon from Pierre Herme was far and a way the best! We tried the passion fruit which is their signature macaroon - wasn't our favorite compared to the rose and the chocolate! The rose infused croissant was also worth the calories!

“Love it!”

Line out the door but the macarons and the strawberry tart was definitely worth the wait. My favorite is the passion fruit with chocolate ganach.

“Fabulous”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2013

I came to Paris for Laduree, I am coming back for Pierre Herme!
I do love Laduree, and still personally prefer their macaroons, but the pastries at Pierre Herme knocked my socks off.... They were the best I ever had. I tried three Saint Honores, a Mille-feuille, and THE BEST croissant I have ever had... it was like a cloud of delicious flakey butter. Well worth the price (I think around 8 euros per pastry.) I can hardly wait for my return.
