Our hotel (Pullman Tour Eiffel) recommended this restaurant on a recent stay. They even reserved for us, but my husband was unwell, so we cancelled.
The next day, however, he was better. So with no reservation, we just walked in around noon. We got a nice table (just in time, too, as the place filled up!) and had a great lunch.
It is NOT a tourist place. It was filled with regulars. This was good.
We had the menu, which, as I recall, was about 37EUR.
They seem to specialize in seafood platters -- if you like oysters, everything looked fresh and lovely. They also served a lot of tartar.
Tables are squeezed close together, so you feel very Parisian.
Staff was friendly, kind, and professional. I think they do have menus in English (but husband is fluent and I muddle through in French, so we didn't need them).
Located VERY close to the Eiffel Tower, but JUST off the tourist track. Definitely worth a visit.
