For our last day in Paris (we were leaving late afternoon), we went for a look round Montmatre. There were many restaurants all in the centre serving pretty much the same things and very busy. We walked around an found this little gem just off the centre of the busy area. It had a very large indoor capacity but it also had a very pretty terasse which looked so inviting. We were given a table right at the end which was delightful. We had a lovely waitress who couldn't have been more helpful. My husband had confit of duck (one of his favourites) and he said it was delightful. I had salmon and mashed potato in a delicious tasting sauce. We also had some good red wine. It was too hot for any more food but the whole thing ended up as a very pleasant final meal in Paris before we went home. When we come back we will definately visit La Bonne Franquette again.
