“Good food, lots of people, excellent service ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 6, 2013 via mobile

We went to the restaurant on a Saturday and it was packed with people. Considering that, I'm very impressed by the pace at which we got our meal. The duck leg was alright, while the Creme Brulee was great. Not at all as expensive as the guide says. We had a meal for 2 (main+dessert) for 52 euro.

“Dinner with a group”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

I reserved a table at this restaurant via email for a group of 10 for a work dinner. The place was very accommodating to our group even though we slowly arrived in groups over the course of an hour. Once every one had arrived and ordered the food came very quickly even though the place was quite busy at that time of night.
The atmosphere was friendly but got quite loud during the high point in the evening, it is basically one big room so sound travels.
The food was great! You should try the house specialty, mashed potatoes and cheese. The price for the food quality is very good. A real local Parisian place. I will go there again tonight and recommend it to anyone.

“Charming and affordable.”

A nice local restaurant near the Bercy Village which serves genuine French cuisine. Charming and affordable. Try the house speciality, Aligot, mashed potatoes with cheese!

“Loved it!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

We were pointed here by someone at our nearby hotel. While our French was lacking and e waitress didn't speak english we managed to order a delicious variety of food. We later realized that the specialty is some kind of cheese and potato ceremoniously whipped up in a large copper bowl. We ordered a variety of desserts, all wonderful. At the end we were treated to brandy from the manager. All in all a delightful and memorable dinner. Visit the men's room for an interesting tile work mural.
