The location is really great for traveling in and out of Paris, Gare St Lazzare is just opposite to the hotel that the room can see the Gare. Despite the proximity, it is not noisy as it is located in the quiet street. Lafayette and Printemp are short 7- 8 mins walk, 15 mins walk from Rossiy bus station. Room is clean and comfortable and spacious, modern washroom. The room is not small compared to Paris standard. Friendly staff. Value for money.

I visited Bellevue hotel in September with my boyfriend. The room was clean and enough big for us....the staff was kind and helpful. The location is peaceful and so near to the metro station! I reccomment Bellevue for someone that wants to explore the Paris and have a clean , normal room in a not dangerous location....

This hotel is in a great location, next to the metro and RER line. There are also restaurants, starbucks etc around. You can walk to the Champs-Elyssees or even to Arc de Triomph.

The room and bathroom were very clean and looked very new.

There is not much space to move in the bathroom and the elevator is tiny (one person + medium suitcase = full) so if you're a big person it might not be for you but it was fine for me.

Reception is small but the people friendly and capable of communication in English.

The hotel is at a prime location across from Gare St. Lazare Station for exploring the city using buses and metro. The rooms have been recently refurbished and the room we stayed was clean and spacious for a couple with comfortable bed, extra pillows and a good view of the square from the balcony. A elderyly family runs the hotel with the one brother and two sisters. All were helpful in guiding us in using the transit system to visit places. However, the brother could at least throw in a smile instead of being stone-faced. Breakfast is at a charge but there is a Starbucks and McDonald at walking distance across from the square and have better menu items at less charges. There are many restaurants around the area. Haussman Blvd. with its two signature stores Printemps and Galeries Lafayette as well as the Opera within walking distance. You can also get the Roissybus to CDG Airport from the Opera at 10 Euros per person. Overall a good experience.

Room Tip: Chose a room number ending with 5 on any of the three upper floors. They have a fantastic view of th...

Nice hotel, easy to get to by train. If heading in from CDG, take RER B to Gare du Nord, then RER E to Saint Lazare. Exit Rue St Lazare and head left a few blocks. Note that RER Saint Lazare and Gare Saint Lazare are two separate stations; the hotel is opposite Gare Saint Lazare (with frequent trains running to the Normandy Coast if you'd like to see the D-Day landing sites).

Just a bit larger than average size room for Paris with a large shower, firm bed, and nothing at all looking worn out. Others have said this hotel was recently renovated and I'd say they did a very good job with it. No noise whatsoever from the street, but on the first floor you do get a bit of rumble now & then from a passing underground metro. Not enough to wake you up or keep you from sleeping, but if you think it could be an issue, you might request a room higher up. Air conditioning worked well, despite it being pretty hot outside.

Staff was friendly and had no issues with English. Elevator is very small (typical for Europe) and will fit two thin people or one regular person with luggage. Like many/most European hotels, you leave the key at the desk when you leave for the day; they assured us the desk is manned 24/7.

I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Room Tip: If sensitive to noise, ask for a room higher up so you don't feel/hear an occasional rumble from...

This hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard (air con is available too), has a great central location and is very welcoming.
The hotel is family owned and you are made to feel very welcome and they go the extra mile to help. The staff employed are also very kind and friendly.
The hotel is situated 10/15 walk from all main sites and is also adjacent to the main rail stations and metro lines.
Excellent value for money.

This is a lovely little 'boutique' style hotel. Our room ( 506) was clean , very modern but decorated in what I would describe a tasteful French style. Completely renovated bathroom . The best part of this room is the balcony ! It's lovely sitting out here in the evening , having a wine and basking in the last of the days sun!
Staff were very helpful too!
Give this place a try!
