Excellent customer service - very friendly.

Hotel was exceptionally clean - particularly the bathroom.

Room 103 - room was very small - with two of us in the room it was a struggle - it would be fine if you were staying on your own. Any longer than two nights would have been a bit much I think.

Lovely comfortable bed. L'Occtaine goody bag.

Good location - just over 5 mins to Pantheon, and just over 5mins to Metro as well.

Didn't have the breakfast (which was 15 euros each), as there were a couple of lovely local patissieries and cafes nearby.

I would like to thank and congratulate all those who run and work within the Five Hotel to make is such a special place. A little modest and understated in appearance as you approach but the moment you step through the door you know you are in for a treat. My wife and I stayed just two nights but enjoyed every minute of our time in Paris, very largely due to the charming folk you find in this hotel. Everyone working in the hotel was warm and welcoming and truly went out of their way to help us at every turn - I left my coat in a taxi one evening and the lovely ladies of The Five tracked it down next day, got it returned to the hotel and telephoned to let me know it had been recovered. The room was wonderful - not absurdly large but enormous fun with its twinkly lights, decor etc. A very memorable and happy stay - I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for a very friendly and comfortable hotel that is pleasantly different from the norm

The Five Hotel was great! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the service was impeccable. All the receptionists were so helpful and attentive. The hotel even offered free champagne and crackers to all the guests on New Year's Eve. My only complaint was that the room was really small (we stayed in the suite...I can't imagine what the smaller rooms were like!), but I had read the reviews beforehand so I expected it. Other than that, location was good and the bakery next door was so yummy!

Overall, the Five is a really cool, chic boutique known for it's unique design elements. Space is a really small price to pay for the value you get when you stay at the Five.

The Five hotel is an excellent, trendy and clean hotel, with a very helpfull and friendly staff.
My husband and I stayed there for one night on december 20th 2007 and were enchanted by it.
True, the room we stayed in was not very big, but the clever design and the use of the colours made it very cosy.
The breakfastroom downstairs follows the red-white-and black colour scheme of the rest of the hotel and the breakfast is a buffet.
The hotel is situated in the Quartier Latin in Paris, which is in walking distance to The Notre Dame, or if you don't like walking, the metrostation Les Gobelins is very close by.
We had a very quiet and romantic night there.
So, if you like to treat yourself to some designer luxury, the Five hotel is definitively the place to be !
