this hotel is beautiful to look at , is in a good location and the young staff is very nice . BUT.....like so many " boutique " hotels it seems as if the designers only concern was that it would look cool in photos for magazines and his portfolio. the common areas look pretty but are too small to hang out in or socialize and the "verve cliquot grand dame" bar is really just a nook where the continental breakfast is served. our room the "eiffel tower suite" (the biggest in the hotel) was pretty, but hardly a suite (20' x 15') and our view (which cost 50 euros a night extra) was of an interior courtyard with the top of the tower just peeking over the roof tops. the bathroom floor completely flooded everytime we took a shower ( because of the cool design). when you take the electric key out of its holder ( in order to go out ) it turns the heater off, so when you get back to the room its cold. after leaving paris we went to barcelona and stayed at the arts hotel, our suite was literally four times the size , had incredible views , was beautifully furnished and cost 100 euros a night less.

Quite charming. This little boutique hotel is right in Paris' city centre. Very friendly staff, even when they have to deal with a leaking A.C....:) Spacious and seducing bathrooms, Zen-styled, cutting edge design and harmonious balance of materials. We found out about this hotel on TabletHotels.com, which had so many interesting boutique hotels to choose from. Their great taste led to our great vacation!

I have traveled to Paris dozens of times...and I used to stay at the large, overwhelming tourist hotels. Then I had the pleasure of being introduced to the Hotel Fremiet by a very well known and respected world traveler. That was a lucky day for me! I'll always return to this small, gracious, quiet property.

Excellent high ceilinged rooms, period antiques throughout, with small walk out balconies which overlook neighborhood markets, and residences. A charming but filling continental breakfast starts your day, with absolutely the most delicious hot chocolate I have ever tasted. Fremiet is within a few short, picturesque blocks of the Eiffel Tower.

Treat yourself to the way Europe should be remembered. This is a unique travel experience that you will not find at a large, busy, "corporate" hotel. A great staff awaits to help you in any way they can. I'll be back often. ThankYou !!! AAA+++!

The Hotel Fremiet Eiffel is located in the Passy neighborhood (16e Arrondissement), a quiet residential area. We had a wonderful stay at the Fremiet Eiffel on our honeymoon trip to Paris in 2002. The hotel staff were quite helpful and pleasant. They made two restaurant recommendations and reservations for one of the meals. We enjoyed both restaurants. The continental breakfast was served in a small breakfast room- the fare was light and tasty-just enought to get you started on your day.

The room was furnished nicely and was always kept clean. I loved the tiny balcony with the full length shutters! We were also given a complimentary split of champagne and some chocolate to celebrate our wedding.

The hotel was very convenient to the metro (less than 5 minute walk) but was not terribly close to many attractions except for the Eiffel Tower. This was ok since the metro is so easy to use!

Do not let the Best Western name throw you off. Although the hotel is affiliated with Best Western, all associations end with the name in my opinion. This is not a chain hotel! I have to say that the elevator was a tad claustrophobic but otherwise we found the hotel to be rather delightful.
