“Cheap and Cheerful.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2014

Me and my girlfriend stayed here in February for 3 nights. To be honest, we couldn't have asked for anything better for what we wanted. We were two minutes from two metro stops which you could get anywhere in Paris from.

There was a good choice of patisseries and bars/restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Would definitely recommend for other young couples. Good location, good area, room cleaned every day and was exactly what we were looking for, as a couple who were just looking to see Paris.

By the by, the lift wasn't working but compared to the stairs in the Eiffel Tower, it was nothing really!

Situated very close to Porte d'Orleans metro, this budget hotel is perfect for a weekend or long weekend stay.
Room needed TLC but was clean - especially the bathroom and bedding.
You wouldn't want to stay here in the summer heat, as the hotel does nit have air conditioning.
At the time I visited, the lift wasn't working which could be a problem for some people. Given that, I still requested a room on the 6th floor (top floor) and didn't really mind - it's good exercise after eating all that calorie laden French food :-))

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during my short trip to Paris. Here are some highlights:

Positive: location was quite good, aprx 400m to Alesia metro station and close to my favorite Quartier Latin :), the neighborhood seemed safe. I reached Paris at 11pm and found hotel around 1am, but I did not have any feeling of unsafety while walking around the district.
My room was small, but very cozy and clean!
Receptionists were extremely polite, kind, smiley and helpful.
Negative: hotel is very small and the elevator might be a challenge for a person with claustrophobia :)
Overall my impression is very positive, since I got more than I expected to get for the price I paid!
So thanks to the hotel management.

Our stay at the Parc Hotel was just for one night and absolutely okay for spending the night in Paris. If you try to get a bargain and just want to have a bed and a shower, this is perfect for you. The hotel is quite well located and you'll arrive at the Metro and bus station within several minutes walking. There are also quite a few food places around. Staff is friendly and the rooms are quite clean but in fact not in the best condition. Overall the hotel is good for short city trips!

I went to Paris for a short break and the hotel was perfect for our needs, It was clean and comfortable, wifi working perfect, there is always someone at the reception 24 hours. The room was very small but clean and the bed also were comfortable. The position of the hotel its perfect it 3 minute (or less) from the tube station so it was very easy to go around. Staff was helpful. we didnt have breakfast in the hotel as there is a beautiful bakery just around the corner, and another one just outside the tube station. in the area there is also plenty of place to eat. Overall was a pleasant stay , we probably use it again if we go back to Paris

Rude staff members.
Located near the end of the metro line.
Tiny room.
Bathroom was size of airplane bathroom.
They expect supplement to provide rooms on the same floor but take no liability when the bathroom door does not close.
