My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant at the recommendation of a pastry chef (Mori Yoshida- who is AWESOME) in Paris. The setting was modern, yet elegant and tucked away in a quiet street. Our table was very close to the kitchen, so we were able to watch the food preparation. The wait staff were very attentive and we never needed to ask for more water, bread, or have our silverware/dishes replaced.
Overall the meal was delicious, delicate, refined, balanced and sophisticated. Visiting from USA, it's always tough to get over the sticker shock of the USD/EUR conversion- however, the technique and tastes incorporated into the meal, made it deservingly more expensive than our other dinners.
For a nice dinner date or business meeting, I'd recommend this to anyone who can afford a meal that's around $125 per person.
